How do I get dried ink out of vinyl ?

We were moving, put some stuff into a climate-controlled storage unit for a few months. A box was placed on top of our red vinyl barstools, and now one of them has the ink markings from the box. This is not from a magic marker, it is the ink off of the print on the box. Is there something I can use to get this out of the vinyl ?
I tried hair spary and it didn’t work.

Try Aqua Net hairspray. Bleach works, but not on colored vinyl.
