What do you think about Jerry Brown ruling oak forest and climate change?

California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown, Jr., has demand reached a historic agreement with the participation of the San Bernardino County to the extent that environmental impact report for County Plan Update General must consider the impacts on climate change. This is the first time in any jurisdiction in California has reached a legally binding agreement to look at the impact overall planning of global warming. The agreement strengthens the climate change impacts to be addressed in the Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents environmental review. Significant impacts to oak woodlands should be addressed in CEQA reviews green oak gas impacts due to uniquely combine carbon sequestration and carbon emission issues. Very disappointing I did not see this in the media in general. But I'm a big fan of oak woods, and was impressed with the failure. What do you think, and how can we build on this?
