Good couches under 200?

I find myself just getting a new apartment, and we are, more or less, just starting out. I’m looking for the normal bit in a couch:
-Comfort (we need it, first and foremost, to be comfortable to be sitting on pretty much every day, as it’ll be a living room centerpiece)
-Under 200, or so. A -little- over is fine.
-Durability (again, as it’ll be used every day, it needs to hold up to repeated use)

None of us are over 200 lbs, so, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a couch built for heavy people, so long as it just doesn’t snap easy. We also could use it in futon/lounger/daybed form, but, beggars cant be choosers ^^;
